Frequently Asked Questions.

How do I start my service?

Once you’ve decided to sign up for services and have choosen which service and frequency works for you and you family, simply click on the “Get Quote” button and you’ll be redirected to our official site where you can enter all you information and we’ll get you a service date. You may be contacted by our office for further questions if we have any.

Am I locked into a contract?

No, we do not lock our customers into a contract. We do operate on a subscription basis so you will be billed on a monthly basis unless you choose a One-Time Cleaning service. Cancel anytime.

When will I be billed?

Depending on the service you choose, all reoccurring services are billed at the beginning of the month. The funds will be deducted from your account based on your banks procedures.

Do I need to be home on my service days?

No, you do not need to be home the day of the service unless we are requesting you to be there the day of the service which is rare.

What happens to the waste?

We offer two plans where we take the waste with us for disposal, those two options are “Twice Weekly Service” or “Once Weekly Service”. Aside from those plans the waste will be double bagged and left in a designated area chosen by you.

What does the deodorizer & sanitizer treatment prevent?

Our Deodorizing and Sanitizer Treatment is a disinfectant used by veterinarians to ensure viruses and bacteria like Parvo, Giardia, and Coronavirus aren’t transferred from place to place or dog to dog. If added on to the service we spray the entire yard using your water hose or backpack sprayer and deodorize strong urine and feces smells plus sanitize areas to ensure no bacteria or viruses can spread and affect your loved ones. See here for more info.

Is my quote guaranteed?

In certain cases. As long as the information is correct that is entered in to the system the quote is normally spot on. Things that may effect you quote are yard sizes more than 1/8 acre or (5500sqft), amount of dogs on the property, and amount of waste.

What is onboarding, and why is their a additional charge?

Onboarding is the process where we initially welcome you and you dog to our service family. During this process you’ll receive a link where you can keep track of your services, change frequency, and more.

Onboarding Fee: This may be the first cleaning for some yards which could mean a excess of waste on the property. The purpose of this fee is to at a minimum, clean up as much waste as possible to get the yard to a manageable service state. This fee gets you 1 hour of cleaning with the option for more time if requested. Onboarding fee plus prorated monthly fee (if applicable) will be billed the day of service.
